We ship purchased items to our customers within 48 hours of receipt of payment on business days.
In the case of special orders and consignment items held by the original owner, shipping may take longer, as these items are not in our stock. The expected delivery time, depending on the rarity and exclusivity of the order, can be from 1 week to 6 weeks.
FOR ITEMS OVER $1,500 WE OFFER FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. Shipping costs for items under $1,500 are added to the purchase price and paid by the buyer based on the carrier's invoice.

International Shipping & VIP Courier Service

We ship worldwide using DHL or FedEx International Priority unless a specific request is made for an alternative carrier. Items shipped overseas are insured in the event of loss by DHL or FedEx in most international locations.
We cannot insure for seizure or revalue by customs in the country to which an item is shipped. Buyer is responsible for their local duties and custom charges.
If you want to avoid any risks when shipping very expensive items, we can offer you a door-to-door VIP Courier Service for an additional fee. In this case, our representative will hand-deliver your item to you anywhere in the world. Please contact us for more information and details.

RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be eligible for a return if the item is damaged in places that it is not mentioned in the description, or you have received an item you have not ordered.
To initiate a return, you need to contact us at info@labelluxe.co. Please indicate the reasons for returning the item and we will get back to you within 48 hours to let you know if you are eligible for the return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to ship your package, to the email address you provided when making the purchase. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions; Non-Returnable Items / Funds

We do not accept returns on items that are not in the same condition then when the product was initially sent out to you. We video all items prior to shipping and we reserve the right to reject a return if the items appears to have been used.
We do not accept returns for items in Brand New / Unused /Pristine Condition / Excellent Condition. The sale of any item listed as "Brand New" / "Unused" / "Pristine Condition" / "Excellent Condition" is a FINAL SALE. FINAL SALE occurs when a payment is made and processed by our card payment provider, upon receipt of a bank transfer, or upon receipt of funds using another payment method.
We do not accept the return of items purchased by us on the market by order and based on the instructions of the customer (or its agent), which were not in our catalog at the time of the request. Such orders are considered "special orders" and are non-refundable.
We do not issue refunds on special orders. If you have ordered an item that is out of stock and our concierges or agents need to find it for you, such orders are non-refundable. We use our time, knowledge and resources to ensure that you receive the item you want and cannot cancel a special order and refund an item that was received personally for you.
We do not issue refunds on deposits which are made as a down payment for a product. If you have made a down payment then you must complete the purchase and the product will be sent out to you.
We do not issue refunds on items that are authenticated by our independent authenticators without further review if the reason for the refund request is doubt of authenticity. If you are in doubt about the authenticity of an item purchased from us, you must return it to us for re-authentication to be eligible for a refund. Third party qualified authenticators are available upon your request if you are willing to cover the cost of the service.

Exchanges

You have the right to exchange an item purchased from us. Once the return for exchange has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase of a new item. Exchange is the easiest way to get the item you like.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Change / Cancelation of an Order

If you have special requests when placing an order, be sure to indicate them in the comments to the order.
If you have purchased a product and change your mind, please contact us within 24 hours so that we can initiate the order change or cancellation process.

Refunds

When your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund processing takes from 10 days to 3 weeks. The refund time depends on the type of item you have purchased, in the case of a consignment item, it may take time for us to recover the funds from the seller. Please be aware that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
If more than 3 weeks have passed since we have approved your return, please contact us at info@labelluxe.co.
Should you elect to return using your own label, we must receive the item back within 5 days (10 days for overseas buyers) of notifying us that you would like to return the item.
We are not responsible for any return shipped to an incorrect address or lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we advise that packages containing returns be insured.
International returns may be subject to customs charges and/or foreign exchange fees, which will be deducted from the refund.
